The Power of Language:

Neuroaffirming Reframes for School Counselors

1 NBCC CEs • $60

On Demand Workshop with NeuroPebble Founder Jamie Roberts, LMFT

About this course:

School counselors already bring instinct, relationship, and care to every student interaction, neuroaffirming language gives that instinct a strengths-based framework. In this session, we'll explore how small but intentional shifts in the words we use can change the entire tone of a conversation, an IEP, or a student's relationship with their own story. You'll leave with concrete, practical language reframes you can use the same day, moving from deficit-based descriptions toward language that sees students fully, supports them effectively, and honors the way their minds actually work.
